experiencing problems. Please note that verification of warranty is necessary to
take advantage of some of our best services. If your BOXLIGHT-brand projector was purchased
from BOXLIGHT, and the warranty is still valid, the technical support and the
diagnostic are free of charge.
If your BOXLIGHT
warranty is about to expire and you would like to renew it, or add other
services, feel free to browse in our "Invest in a long-term Relationship"
section. In this section you will be able to tailor a warranty program that best
suits your needs. The on-line form is easy to fill out, and takes effect upon
receipt of payment or credit card verification.
If you purchased
another brand projector, chances are you can still take advantage of BOXLIGHT's
Projector Repair service. Each call to Technical Support will cost only $35 and
each diagnostic service will cost $100, which will be applied toward your
